Ordering a new frame and varifocal lenses from us? In order for us to fit the lenses into your frame correctly, we require a simple measurement from your new frame whilst wearing them.
1. Put on your new frame and ensure that it is sitting in a comfortable position (where you would naturally wear your glasses).
2. Make sure you are directly in front of a mirror, as close as possible, and a marker pen in front of you. Now close your right eye and bring the marker pen towards your left eye and simply place a small dot on the dummy lens directly in front of the middle of your pupil.
3. Now repeat the same process for the other eye.
4. Now place the frame into the prepaid box provided and send this back to us with the copy of your prescription. Once we receive your frame back we can begin to process your new varifocal lenses.

PLEASE NOTE: Take care to ensure that your pupil markings do not get smudged or wiped off the dummy lenses when sending the frame back to us as this will cause further delays in processing your order.
