We recommend that you send your glasses Royal Mail Special Delivery and make sure they are in a hard case to reduce the risk of damage. We can return your glasses using the same method.

All reglazes are done at the customers own risk. We will do our very best to ensure that all reglazing orders are completed without damage.
Yes, we do. Rimless frames must have at least one non-broken lens in order to be reglazed.
We aim to despatch completed stocked lens orders within 5 working days. If your lenses have to be specially ordered it usually takes 7 – 10 working days to despatch the completed order. Varifocal lenses will take approximately 2 weeks.
Once your box has arrived with us we’ll call you to discuss the order.

Distance are used by people who have trouble focusing on objects at a far distance ie. for driving or watching TV. Near vision lenses for people who have trouble in focusing up on close objects ie. used in reading. Intermediate glasses are used by people who require to focus activities at arms length ie. computer screens
Single vision lenses provide a single focus for the eyes, e.g. distance, reading or PC glasses.
Once we’ve received your glasses, we will contact you to discuss your lense options and if you are happy to go ahead, we will then send you an invoice with payment procedures.
