When your pack arrives, follow the instructions provided and put your frames in the box and post them back to us – FREE. This is done at no obligation to yourself.

WE'LL CONTACT YOU
When your frames arrive we will contact you and discuss your new lens options. We will provide a quote to you and if you are happy to proceed we can take payment via PayPal. We will then reglaze your glasses and post back via Royal Mail.

Unitt Patel was most helpful in explaining to me all aspects of various lenses. I placed an order for re-glazing two pairs of glasses- one varifocal and the other 'long distance' After placing the order he kept me informed about the progress and managed to complete within the estimated time. I am gradually getting used to the new glasses just as he explained that it can sometime take up to one month to get used to the new prescription.
